Ben majored in Economics at University of British Columbia and completed the Canadian Securities Course, Certificate of Financial Insurance Advisors and holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. With a strong academic foundation in Canadian Securities and investments, early stages of his career consist of work with financial institutions and teaching business courses in the west coast. Aspects of fundamental and technical analysis also lead his studies in the foreign currency exchange spot market and hard currency-bullion infrastructure. Ben conducted seminars globally in Canada, Hong Kong, China, the United States and spoke on topics varying from macroeconomics, technical & fundamental investment analysis, and canadian immigration programs.

Prior to starting his own Immigration Consulting practice in 2011, he worked with other immigration lawyers and counsels processing various immigration applicants. His business knowledge and teaching background put forward solid resources to his immigration clients on business, and investor needs. Ben is a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and is currently teaching immigration law and immigration practitioner courses.

MR. ARCHIE ALAFRIZ, BA

Archie immigrated to Vancouver in 1980. He graduated from Ateneo de Manila High School and had completed his freshman year at the University of the Philippines. Archie was the first Filipino member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in British Columbia. He retired as a 27-year veteran of the national police force, the RCMP, one of Canada's national symbols. His mother Zeny and brother Andy, both licensed realtors, serviced the Vancouver Filipino community for two decades. Archie’s father, Art Alafriz was the first Filipino lawyer to be called to the Canadian Bar. Archie was the first to recruit other Filipinos to serve in law enforcement and he inspired a generation of others. Alafriz & Associates was a family run immigration consulting firm that facilitated many Filipinos realizing their Canadian dreams. The Alafriz family had long served their Filipino community in Canada. To continue the Alafriz immigration legacy, Archie’s passion is to help Filipinos realize their potentials in their newfound home, Canada. Archie Alafriz is our special advisor overseeing compliance in multiple countries.

MISS JESSICA KEUNG, LLB, PCLL

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Law degree and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2000 and has been a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong since then.

Jessica served as an in-house legal counsel in various Hong Kong listed companies for over 17 years, advising management on corporate, commercial, employment, contentious and compliance matters, and the last position Jessica held was Senior Director, Legal Affairs Asia at Techtronic Industries Company Limited, a Hong Kong blue-chip company. Jessica is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and is eager to serve all clients applying on her professional background.

MISS CAROLINA LI, BA, LLB, RCIC

Carolina Li is a paralegal with extensive legal training, extraordinary experience and an unrelenting work ethic. She has a Bachelor of Arts from SFU in Criminology and Psychology, followed by a law degree from the University of London. She is a member of the BC Paralegal Association and the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. She is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

Carolina has worked exclusively on personal injury files on the side of injured persons since first becoming a legal administrative assistant well over a decade ago. Prior to joining Preszler Law in 2016, she worked for a personal injury firm under the direction of Dairn Shane, who has also joined the Preszler Law team. Carolina is a tireless worker who truly cares about her clients and will go to great lengths to ensure that they are treated fairly and achieve the proper compensation. She is often complimented by clients on her knowledge, her ability to explain the legal process in a straightforward manner, and in the way she truly cares for their needs and problems. Her greatest strength is her ability to put clients at ease and make the claiming and litigation process as stress free as possible.

Mary is a member of Speed Law and Open World Consulting Ltd. She specializes in a variety of immigration programs from entrepreneur to refugee claimants. Mary also guides students with various immigration programs and refugee claimant cases.

MISS STELLA WANG, MA, RCIC

Jing (Stella) Wang is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Jing has a Master of Business degree as well as Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures, immigration from the University of British Columbia. Prior to obtaining her Immigration Certificate, Jing worked as a paralegal in the real estate division of a full-service law firm in Vancouver. Jing is fluent in English and Mandarin.

MR. JEOFFREY TYPOCO, MBA, RCIC

Jeoffrey comes from the Philippines with over 20 years of experience in textiles, agriculture, food processing, information technology, and industrial safety. He has an MBA from the University of the East, Manila, and has also completed programs in emergency services, travel agency operations, and Canadian immigration law. Aside from his RCIC designation, he is also a certified Canada education agent.

Cassie holds a University degree from China majoring in English. She currently joins the Canadian team in Vancouver, BC after serving 5 years with our China team in Guangzhou, China. She has been in the immigration industry for over 10 years and has ample experience with client documentation. She has trained and guided the China team under Woodwind and also Woodwind’s strategic partnering offices.

Tracy has knowledge in various businesses at a ground level and decided to pursue immigration work after completing a wonderful program at a College in BC. MISS KALLIAN CHEN

Kallian as a very hardworking and dedicated associate. She travels to China and Hong Kong to conduct immigration presentations to better inform the public about immigration methods.
